Bel Air Dam Emergency Pamphlet

This pamphlet was developed by Pittsfield Emergency Management (Chief Sammons and Staff) with the support of MEMA (Cristopher Marsden as Local Coordinator along with Sara Porter and Kathleen Sheperd from the Public Information Unit).  The intent is to inform residents and visitors on how to prepare themselves and immediate lifesaving actions to take if they are within the inundation zone in the event of a no-notice failure.
